Both courses have their own advantages. All the faculty members of IIBS are well-educated. Most of them are Ph.D. holders with almost more than 10 years of corporate experience and more than 5 years of teaching experience. Faculty members are very supportive and help students in need. IIBS has excellent and advanced infrastructure. The campus is huge, with beautiful garden. The classrooms are wide, spacious and airy. Smartboards are available in each classroom. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus with good internet speed. Labs are well maintained, and the library has thousands of books. There are separate hostels for boys and girls with 24-hour security. Hostels are also huge and clean. The canteen provides fresh, clean and hygienic food. For any emergency, there are medical facilities. IIBS ranked 3rd in terms of placements. In my course, all the students get placed in MNCs every year. The highest package offered is 22 LPA, the average package is 12 LPA, and the lowest package is 3-4 LPA. Every year, many top recruiting companies like Amazon, Accenture, Flipkart, IBM, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, etc. , come for placements. Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Both the bodies (AICTE and UGC) are formed by the ACT of Parliament for the cause of higher education. So the programs approved by these bodies have equivalent legal acceptance. That means PGDM or MBA both are postgraduate programs and have the same legal equivalence as for Government jobs or enrolling for a Ph.D. is concerned. Some universities while enrolling PGDM students for Ph.D. may demand an equivalence Certificate that can be easily obtained from AIU or association of Indian Universities. PGDM courses follow an industry-oriented curriculum with a more practical approach while MBA is more theoret
