Dear Melvin, if affordability is concerned, then distance education MBA is much better. IGNOU is one of the best option to pursue MBA through distance education. The university is internationally recognised and the study material is also quite competitive with regards to make the candidate industry ready. Also, if you have 4 years of experience, then you can definitely pursue MBA from the same field in which you have already worked. Don't get yourself misguided in the name of Executive MBA.

Generally, people who have a work experience of more the 4 years can go for an executive MBA in India. The idea is to get back to earning quickly after the break as they are already a little up in the corporate ladder. Executive MBA is generally for one year duration whereas regular MBA is for two years. There is no right or wrong choice. What matters is what suits your profile more.
