The Two-Years Full Time Post Graduation Diploma in Management Program consists of six trimesters. The course structure has been designed to ensure that management graduates develop a judicious blend of strategic thinking, practical implementation, specialized knowledge and general management skills. In the first year, the focus is primarily on basic courses to build a foundation of conceptual and analytical skills, required for pursuing specialized study in various functional areas. From the second semester, the students need to opt for two electives in addition to the compulsory courses.
