This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in medical practice / research / academics area then MS or PG Diplomas in related field is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

Since you have lost one year, it would be better for you to pick up a job and after gaining 3 years of experience explore Executive MBA or Distance MBA or Part time MBA. You can also explore full time MBA after a couple of years and then take advantage of your pre MBA work experience during the campus placement process.

If you intend to work in Canada, then it is better, if you pursue a course form a Canadian based university. Ideally, you should pursue studies in Canada to get a good job there.
