As you have done B.Tech in IT and want compatible course then I would suggest you to go for MBA IT. Reason being you have already knowledge about IT as you did your graduation in IT so it will be easy for you to study same technology in Masters. After Intermediate, you can go for BCA and after the completion of BCA course you are eligible to take admission to MBA course.
BCA+MBA is a good option as it gives you the technical skills as well as the management skills.
