Most of the B schools abroad prefer the candidates who are having good work experience. It will be an add on to your programme if you have good work experience. So, 2-3 or 3-5 years of work experience will be good to pursue MBA from top universities. Yes, international school of management studies is a good option for MBA. You can go for this college. Placement scenario is also good. You can expect placement in top IT companies like tcs, wipro, Infosys, cognizant, capgemini etc. They visit the campus.

Except in the UK, France, Italy and Ireland, most other countries offer two-year Masters. In countries such as Canada and NZ Masters are opted only when one wants to proceed onto doing a Ph.D. Canada and NZ hence have PG Diplomas.
