Your average salary would be between INR 2-4 Lacs, if you pursuing your MBA from normal institute. if you completed it in reputed collages like Ganpat University or Victoria University India, than you get healthy salary and high designation.

Till now, your scores are good, but to get into IIMs, one should be excellent in academics and also in other things like personality and good and effective communication skills in English and make sure that your graduation percentage is above 80%. So, this can add value to your selection into IIMs, and also you require to attempt CAT and score above 95%ile, so concentrate on that and also you can appear for CAT during your final year. No, you can't get direct admission in Symbiosis University. They conduct their own entrance exam called SNAP.

If you want to boost your career in the banking field then Iims will definitely provide good courses for the banking field but prefer Masters in business finance, MBA in banking administration or MBA in business analytics. These courses will also help you in this because most of the banking operations at higher levels include analytics as you have good work experience, you will get a good pay package.

Both the universities are good, but Graphic Era is much better for MBA. No doubt, DIT University provides good placements for the technical stream but MBA is a management course. So, I would suggest you go for Graphic Era and the average package offered for MBA in Graphic Era is 4 LPA.

Digital marketing is a part of MBA in marketing. You will need to choose your specialisation as marketing when you opt for MBA. It is an integrated part of marketing as a specialisation.
