Both have great scope, but Marketing is like mother of all branches and has broader horizon. Finance shall require basics of commerce, but marketing is friendly and anyone can do it easily and happily. Choose what interests you and where you feel you would enjoy the work. MHCET is not compulsory in Maharashtra, every college has their own requirements ij terms of entrance exams. Sydenham is the best to pursue MBA, under your budget, Although You wont get International Trade specialization. Flame, BIMM, are other good coll as well.

Yes Fenil, it is good, but then you must be prepared to work in these fields and not as an IT engineer.

MBA in Marketing is a good option if you have some inherent skills related to field work and also prepared to work 24x7 at least in the beginning of the career.
