Hi Tanzeela, the fee for the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (English Medium MBBS) is as follows:
Tuition Fee: 16250 RMB per year
Hostel Fee: 4100 RMB per year
Other fees are:
Residence permit: 800 RMB, Medical Insurance : 600 RMB, Medical Tests: 400 RMB, Beddings, library card, registration, teaching materials: 1000 RMB.
Development fee: 8000 RMB (first year only).
Duration: 5.5 Years (4.5+1)

Institutions such as AIIMS, costs you least around Rs.6000, as they are heavily subsidised. AIPMT: All India Quota Seats which are also under Central Govt. can cost you around Rs.50,000 annually at most. State Quota: MBBS seats in different states varies state by state and can cost you between Rs.50,000 to 2 lakh annually.

Yes, you can get a seat for MBBS this year as you are qualified in NEET UG 2017, but only in private institutions through management quota. Fees for MBBS through management quota varies from 11-18 lakh rupees per annum in states as per their rule regarding fixation of fees in private institutions.

Studying in medical college is costly. Starting from the academic fee to the hostel and mess cost, everything is expensive. Average flow per seat was around Rs. 65 Lacs till 2015.
Basically, you would have to shell out anything between Rs. 50 Lacs to Rs. 75 Lacs depending on the college.

No one can say exactly about the fee of private colleges because they have their own rules and regulations. But still, there are some fee structure of private colleges of Karnataka.
1. For KMC (total payable fee is Rs 37,67,000/year) along with the registration fees of Rs 10,000
2. For MS RAMAIAH (total payable fee is Rs 3,69,000/year) for students selected through COMEDK.
