With 211 marks in NEET under the ST category, you meet the basic ST qualifying cutoff (which ranges around 212–177 marks), but your chances of securing a government MBBS seat are practically nil. This score will not clear the admission cutoffs for government medical colleges or state quotas, though rare private or alternative medical/ aliado-health courses might pop up during late stray vacancy rounds.

Yes, for all the universities recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC), such as Orenburg State Medical University's MBBS degree, can be practiced in India. To practice legally in India, the graduates from Russian Universities must give NEET-UG before joining and clear the FMGE (or NExT) licensing exam. All the degrees from unrecognized or unlisted institutions will not be accepted for registration or practice in India. Do check the NMC recognition as it can change with time.

The minimum age limit for MGUMST MBBS admission is 17 years old. Students should not be less than 17 years old to get admission. The maximum age limit is not declared by the university as of now.

No, MBGUMST MBBS admissions are not open currently. The admission window is expected to open in August. University starts admission with Rajasthan NEET counseling and MCC.
