Hi Vivek, For being eligible to apply for MCA, you have to have mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or statistics as one of the subjects at graduation level. If you fulfill these criteria you are eligible for MCA. As far as other information regarding MCA is concerned, we would like to state that most of the entrance tests are conducted in April or May. Notifications are out in January or February. The combined MCA entrance tests held in India are: NIMCET for NITs, CET Maharashtra for Maharashtra colleges, UPMCAT for most colleges in UP, Andhra Pradesh CET for Colleges in AP,Orissa State MCA Test for all Colleges in Orissa

As for as i know for getting admission in any masters course you should have a bachelor's degree it doesn't have to do anything with 10+2 .

Avi,
I am not sure how good you are with Maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software development), Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games).
However, like I mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with other MCAs and B.Tech (CS) applicants. So, choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT Company's credentials on the net. Usually colleges and institute wants 50% in graduation and you may go through some aptitude test which is conducted by institutes or colleges.
There are many courses around. Not only in software but IT Infrastructure market has got a good exposure in industry.

On the same pattern of Sikkim Manipal University, if any TN University offers integrated MC, you should be eligible. You need to short list the University/college and check their eligibility criteria. Since your Diploma is not from an University, you need to check for eligibility. is your diploma, AICTE recognized. Then you should be eligible.

MCA is offered by number of universities in India.
Candidates usually gets admission by qualifying entrance examination conducted either by the universities or by the Directorate of Technical Education of India.
In order to be eligible for most of the Universities, one must have qualified Bachelors Degree program and have studied Mathematics either in the Higher Secondary level or in the Bachelors level.
