Well, certain courses do allow you to appear for a TS PGECET entrance exam in case you have completed MCA and wish to do an M.Tech. The eligibility criteria for TS PGECET include:
1. Educational Qualification: Applicants must hold a Bachelor or Master degree in a related field or subject area. Based on the completion of MCA, you can do your Master of Technology in computer Science or computer Science related fields.
2. Age Limit: There is nothing as upper ceiling in this regard that a person must be a certain age before he or she can write the exam.

To get admission into MCA courses at NIT Raipur, candidates are required to complete certain eligibility criteria, from which the first one is candidates must complete their Bachelors or equivalent degree from a recognised university/ Institute with a minimum aggregate of 60% (of all the years) or an equivalent CGPA of 6.5/10. In the case of SC/ ST candidates, 55% aggregate marks (of all the years) or an equivalent CGPA of 6.0/10. Moreover, the selection process is based on candidates' scores acheived in NIMCET.

You can do MCA.
If you want to make career in IT then you don't need to do MCA. Instead of Doing MCA you should do Certificate programme because you're already equal to MCA
According to Today's Companies Scenorio BCA-MCA=B.Tech
After Completion of MCA you'll consider as equivalent to B.Tech then what's the benefit of doing MCA after B.Tech.

Yes, an arts student who has completed a PGDCA course may be eligible for an MCA course: Because many colleges allow arts and commerce students to apply for an MCA course. However, some colleges may only admit students who have studied computer applications or mathematics in school.

The eligibility criteria for admission to the MCA course at T. John Group of Institutions include that candidates must complete their undergraduate degree with a minimum of 50%. Additionally, TJGI MCA admission is based on candidates' valid scores in PGCET/ MAT/ KMAT. To get a seat in the MCA programme at T. John Group of Institutions, scoring a decent score in the entrance examination is compulsory.
