Hi,
Both options BCA-MCA and BCA-MBA are equally good, If you are good at programming and wants to make a technical career then you are advised to opt for BCA-MCA else you may chose BCA-MBA.

If you are interested in managerial job go for MBA, if you have technical bent of mind go for MCA. Though as you climb up the career ladder, managerial skills have more demand and managers are paid more.

These days, we have many specializations available for MBA like marketing, finance, HR, operations, IT, international business, hotel management, tourism and hospitality management, hospital management, event management, e-commerce and so on. You choose a specialization as per your interest.
