HI,
To get into IT industry, I may suggest you to pick M.C.A. Go for regular study if you have studied Maths in class XII.
Without Maths, you can opt the following ways-
1. Pick Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications which will make you eligible for 2nd year M.C.A through lateral entry and simultaneously pursue DOEACC A Level.
2. Distance M.C.A with I.G.N.O.U as it allows you to clear Maths exam and then proceed with the master program.

It seems that you aim for a career in IT industry. For the same, I may suggest you to pick M.C.A. (M.SC IT asks for a graduation degree in Maths/Science).

I am Raj Singha,diploma civil from west bengal, working in govt. sector, how it possible to pursue Btech/BE ,as I am working so I cant admit full time course, and if i admit part time then it would be take time please help me, I want to study AICTE approved college in west bengal Nearby Bankura as Durgapur, Haldia , Burdwan etc. Note that I am not appeared on JEELET or other exam.

You have to take extra coaching for learning have programming languages , there you can learn about c,c+, java , vb or any other programming languages , and try to make mastery in any one advance languages like PHP ,dot net or java this will help you to get good job

Yes after MCA u can do M-tech, but many of the Engineering college or University require 10+2 in Science stream ( Phy+chem+math ). So if u have studied in science stream then u are completely eligible, but if not then please check the eligibity criteria of u r desire college. Best of luck.
