i think it will be better for u if you try your career in some other field. take a pen and paper and try to write 10 reasons why you want to become engineer u wont be able to write even 5 so .stop following crowd. and try your career in law, mba, diploma etc.

Being good or bad in Maths doesn't matter in engineering provided you have right aptitude towards problem solving be it is maths or any other subject. Rest depends on your score which branch you will get. But go with your passion.

No no. There is no problem but the stream will be changing from engineering to management. You need to be more sophisticated, polished, mannered, disciplined. Academics will not be a problem. Go for mba(operations and finance). It will enhance your career. Go for a reputed bschool clearing cat/mat/xat/cmat
