One small advice though, getting into a medical college is still easy but passing out is not.you need to be extremely hard working, focused and capable of studying and working for long hours. So assess yourself really objectively and take into consideration your family's opinions too before taking the plunge. Good luck!

Eligibility Conditions: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board
1) Age Restriction: Candidate must be 17 (seventeen) years of age or above as on 31.12.2012. There is no upper age limit except for the Marine Engineering Courses for which the upper age limit is 25 years as on date mentioned in the brochure.
2) Aspirants who desire to write the exam need to pass 12th with minimum 50 percent marks in mathematics, physics and chemistry.
Candidates who have taken the subject combination of Biology instead of mathematics can apply for this examination.
