B.Sc. MLT stands for Bachelor of Science Medical Laboratory Technology. The eligibility criteria for this course is as below:
Candidate must have done 10+2 or appearing for 10+2 board examination. Your subjects must include Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The minimum age limit required on 31st December of year of admission in first year should be at least 17 years. If you have done 10+2 in Science stream with biology then you will be eligible to apply for B.Sc MLT course.

No, it is not compulsory. In fact all the class 12th pass students from any stream can take admissions in DMLT course. Diploma in Medical Lab Technology is one of the best courses for aspiring Paramedics. DMLT professional is skilled in carrying out the different body fluid tests. He/she has knowledge of all the procedures and processes of different tests and is also responsible for generating and maintaining the reports for future references. Instead of taking admission in B.Sc, You can opt for B.Voc Degree in Medical Lab Technology. B.Voc is a work integrated degree programme where applicants get opportunity to earn while learning. In this programme theory classes happen at International Skills Academy (training hub partner) and practical training is conducted at best Hospitals, Pathology Labs etc. B.Voc degree in Medical Lab Technology is offered by Tata Institute of Social Sciences - School of Vocational Education (TISS-SVE), a NAAC A+ government.
