Admission to an MBBS programme in a government medical college in India is extremely unlikely given the general category and an All India Rank (AIR) of 87218. Because there are fewer seats available and entrance exams are competitive government colleges usually have much higher cut-off ranks. Its a good idea to look into all of your options and think about attending counseling sessions to learn about other possible options for your medical education so that's all about this question.
