No, there are almost no chances of getting a government college for a B.Sc in nursing with 198 marks in NEET. As you have not mentioned your category, assuming it to be general, the cut-off marks for general category candidates are usually around 550. You may still have a few chances of getting a private college, and that too a normal one. Government colleges usually have high cutoffs due to high demand and low availability of seats. If your target is to get a government seat only, you are advised to reappear for the exam and score a better rank.

Yes, you can give NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) 2025 even if you have studied PCM in your 12th ICSE board exam, as long as you have given a private biology exam from the UP board so that you have studied Biology as a subject and you are eligible to give NEET 2025.

No, you wont'nt be able to get a government seat for BDS with 191 marks in NEET despite of you belonging to SC catagory. Cutoffs for government colleges are usually high due to high demand and low availability of seats. Although you have chances of getting a private college, and that too, a normal one. To get admission to a government dental college, you'll need to score at least 300 marks in NEET for the SC category. You can check for expected colleges from Shiksha's college predictor tool.

With 293 marks in NEET, you can get admission in BHMS in Telangana. You only have chances of getting admission in a private college because government seats are highly competitive due to low seat intake and high demand. However, BHMS colleges don't have a very high cutoff, but to get admission to a government homeopathy college, you should aim for a minimum score of 350 marks in NEET. You can use Shiksha's college predictor to get a list of expected colleges.

You can get seat with 468  marks in NEET if you belong to OBC catagory. The chances of getting a government college are relatively low because of high cutoffs of government colleges but you'll get a private college easily. If you cannot secure a seat in a government college with this score, you might explore private medical colleges where the cutoff might be lower or if you target is only getting a governent seat, you need to reapper for the exam and score a good rank.

442 is a very decent score, and you may face difficulties in getting a government seat despite belonging to the SC category. As you have not mentioned your state, we are talking in general terms only. Although you still have chances of getting a government college, as the cutoffs for the reserved category are lower than others. If you wish to get admission in a private college, you can easily get a reputed college with this score.

No, 184 marks in NEET are not enough to get a government college for BSc Nursing. Government seats usually have higher cutoffs due to low availability of seats and higher demand. Although you may get a private seat. Most private institutes conduct their own entrance exams for admissions in nursing. So if you want to get admission in a very good private college, you may be required to appear for their entrance exam, and for a government seat, you need to reappear in NEET. The cutoffs for government B.Sc colleges  are however not very high but still a better score is required.

With 260 marks in NEET, entry into a government BDS college is extremely difficult, particularly for the General category, where cutoffs are typically 450+.

Admission Probabilities by Category:
General Category: Extremely little chance in government colleges.
OBC/EWS: Distant, due to higher cutoffs.
SC/ST: Certain government dental colleges have reserved seats, although competition is stiff.
Other options:
Private BDS colleges charge fees of 2-6 Lacs per year.
Deemed Universities can have lower cut-offs.
Counseling Rounds: Participate in the Mop-Up and Stray Vacancy Rounds.
