No, pharmacy course won't give you any advantage for the preparation of NEET. Medical and pharmacy preparation is totally different. So you need to prepare accordingly.

NEET is conducted on 1st Sunday of May irrespective of anything. There won't be any stage 2 examination as it was there this year. It will be single-staged.

It depends upon your stream. You must have biology as a subject in class 12th to appear for NEET exam, which is minimum requirement of this exam.
