It all depends on the seats available in good or respected colleges for MBBS . You can try for Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences. It is one of the best private colleges and has good infrastructure. This college has access to latest medical technologies.

I think you need to score minimum 60 percent marks in class 12th to opt for the medical field. As per your NEET score, you can apply for private colleges, because I have heard that the cut-off for MBBS is 145 for open and 118 for SC category candidates.
