NEET has nothing to do with AIIMS. AIIMS has its own entrance exam in which you need 150 out of 200 marks to get admission.

Quantity of time doesn't matter but the quality of study matters a lot. Generally, AIIMS aspirants study 6 hours in minimum continuously for 2 years.
