As of now, NEET is not required to study MBBS abroad. May be in future, it will be required since talks are going on.

You can think for TISS (Tata institute of Social Sciences). .
TISS is a unique institute where you will find M.A programmes unlike other bschools which offer MBA or PGDM.
Also,TISS fees are considerably low then other institutes

The application fee is non-transferable and non-refundable. The application fee for JIPMER 2018 is sectioned category wise:
1. General/OBC/OCI/NRI category is INR 1000.
2. SC/ST category is INR 800.
3. OPH are exempted.

Basic eligibility for candidate who wants to pursue MD in Forensic Science is that the individual should have completed MBBS with a 1-year internship, along with a permanent registration with the Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council.
