Yes, you can take admission but the problem is that the result of NIOS will come very late. Till that time, admission in all the good colleges will be over.

If you want admission in UK, USA, Australia, Canada then you need to give the exam. Other countries have a direct entrance, some countries may also ask for IELTS.

MBBS is Kyrgyzstan is economical compared to other CIS and European countries. Some of the reason, why Indian students go for MBBS in Kyrgyzstan are:
MBBS in Kyrgyzstan has a Lowest cost/fee structure in the world Around Rs. 1.60 Lacs / year.
Hostel costs are very low as compare to another country. The Cost is around Rs. 30,000 per year.
The Costs of Living is around Rs 6,500 per month (Fixed US$ 103) including Food (2 Meals), laundry as well as Room cleaning.
Indian food is also the reason for the students to choose MBBS in Kyrgyzstan.
Some of the popular colleges are:

Osh Medical University, Os
