You can go for other career options such as B.Tech, B.Arch B.Pharma allied health sciences, general B.Sc. or B.A. It is mandatory to secure passing marks if you want to take admission in MBBS in any private college.

AFMC is known as Armed Forced Medical College which recruits MBBS students only. And yes if you are interested in pursuing BDS from Army colleges there is an option
ARMY DENTAL CORPS located in Hyderabad is a dental college recuirts BDS students on very limited enrollment and have to undergo written test, physical excerise and interview for the selection process. All the best. !

Yes you can apply for management seat in any private college for BPT it doesn't require NEET.
