Last year (2021), counseling is closed now. Counseling for this year (2022) will begin soon. It was established in 2016 at the existing hospital with the aim of excellence in the field of teaching and providing leadership. Admission to BSAMC Delhi is based on the score obtained in the NEET-UG conducted by NTA. The duration of the MBBS course is 4.5 years + one year of compulsory rotating medical internship. Below we have mentioned the process of counseling:
1-Visit the official website of MCC and click on New Registration.
2-Log on to the MCC website and click on Candidate login.
3-Enter your roll number and password.
4: You will be redirected to a new page where you will have to enter details like your name, roll no. , registration no. , mother's name, contact no. , etc. When you're done, click on Submit.
5-After this, you will be shown all your details as per the NTA database. Verify the information and click on "Confirm Registration. A Registration Slip will be generated and saved on this page for future use.

Madras Medical College dates back to 1664 when it was founded as the Government General Hospital to treat the sick soldiers of the East India Company. In 1857 it got Affiliated to University of Madras
Its Department of Geriatric Medicine was established in April 1978 by Dr. V. S. Natarajan MD with the aim of providing comprehensive health care to senior citizens. In 1986, a separate ward for geriatric medicine was started for acute care and rehabilitation. The department offers an MD geriatrics course under affiliation with the Tamil Nadu DR. M. G. R. Medical University, Chennai. The Medical Council of India has recognised the course since its inception. The department has been approved as a training center for training doctors in the field of geriatrics by WHO and is currently upgraded as a Regional Geriatric Center under NPHCE by the Government of India.

Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) is an institution of national importance well known for its undergraduate medical course, MBBS. It takes admission on the basis of the NEET UG score for the MBBS course, which has 200 seats. Due to high competition, the cut-off is usually high even for state quotas. For instance, in 2021, for the Institute of National Importance Quota Seats (OPQ), the cutoff score was more than 690 marks for general candidates and more than 680 marks for OBC candidates. Similarly, for state quota seats, the cutoff score was more than 580 for general and more than 550 for OBC candidates. So to qualify for MBBS at JIPMER, you need a score above 650 in the open quota and 550 if you have a state quota.

According to the new rules declared by the MCI, all Indian students who wish to study medicine abroad must apply for an MCI Eligibility Certificate. The eligibility Certificate is the legal proof given by the MCI that the medical university that the student attends to study MBBS abroad is authorised by the MCI. According to the notice, a citizen of India or an Indian national who wishes to pursue medicine outside of India must obtain an eligibility Certificate from the MCI before leaving the country and will not be able to appear for the screening test without first obtaining this Certificate from the MCI. The eligibility Certificate was mandatory earlier as well, but it was discontinued in October 2013. The allotment of eligibility certificates was stopped, the reason being that there was too much of a backlog of issuance of these certificates. The application form for the issue of the eligibility Certificate may be obtained from the council office. The application form, along with the details required therein, may be submitted to the Council along with a demand draught in favour of the Secretary, MCI, New Delhi, for the prescribed sum. It may be understood that an eligibility Certificate will be issued by the Council only to such candidates who fulfil the criteria of the age of admission to the medical course and pass the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent or higher qualification) with the required percentage of marks as prescribed in the Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 1997, copies of which are available in the Council office on payment of Rs.100/-. The relevant extracts from these regulations are also available on the Council's website. A candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC has to produce a caste Certificate from the competent authority. Only after necessary verification, if the candidate fulfils the eligibility criteria, the Council shall issue an Eligibility Certificate to the candidate certifying that he/she is eligible to join a medical institution outside India to obtain a primary medical qualification. No candidate who has obtained admission into a foreign medical institution on or after March 15, 2002, shall be permitted to sit for the screening test for the purpose of registration in India unless he produces the Eligibility Certificate issued by the MCI.

Dr. Chandramma Dayananda Sagar Institute of Medical Education & Research(CDSIMER) Hubli is a full-fledged tertiary medical college in Karnataka. It was established in 2020, affiliated with Dayananda Sagar University, Bangalore, and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
