Can I get a BVSC free seat in SVVU with 3070 rank in AP EAMCET 2022? I belong to OC and EWS.

To get seat in SVVU ( Sri Venkateshwara Veterinary University) you should get a good rank. So, 3070 rank is good but, you belong to OC category and here you have advantage to get seat in that University because you belong to EWS ( Economically weaker section ).

You should write exam as an open category student because you are writing for another state ,even though you belong to SC category, you should perform as open category student.

It is very tough to get seat in government college. But, you may have chances for getting a seat in the private universities. There are many private universities for management quota.

The latest cutoff information for MBBS ( Bachelor of medicine and Bachelor of surgery ) at CMC Vellore is for general category qualifying percentile is 50%, for SC/ST/OBC qualifying percentile is 40% , for general PWD qualifying percentile is 45%, for SC/ST/OBC- PH qualifying percentile is 40%. The cutoff marks varies from one year to another as they depend on factors like difficulty level of exam, total number of seats available,number of candidates who applied for exams, previous year CMC Vellore cutoff trends, performance of candidates in NEET.
