Hi dear, it varies state to state and college to college, as per you want to do pharmacy from any government recognized university of college you need to appear for the NEET examination, however, 75% of colleges give direct admission based on your percentage through counseling. You have not mentioned the course in which you want to take admission at a government college. You cannot get admission to a government medical college for MBBS with 450 marks in 2A category, but you can get into a government dental college for BDS. This is because in previous years, the minimum score required to get admission to MBBS was more than 500, even for 2A category candidates with HK certificates. You can get admission to Government Dental College Bangalore for BDS with your NEET score as per the previous year's cut-off score.

The admission process has begun as of today, I. e. , October 7, 2022. The admissions to the Bachelor of Dental Surgery BDS course at the Dr. Harvansh Singh Judge Institute of Dental Sciences & Hospital will be done on the basis of a centralized admission process. No, Meghalaya State NEET Counseling does not give reservation to other state students. According to the latest notification issued by the Meghalaya government regarding NEET counseling under the state quota, only indigenous residents and candidates with permanent resident certificates of the state were eligible to apply under the 85% state quota. You may get EWS reservation under the All India Quota for admission in the Medical Colleges of Meghalaya, but you are not eligible for EWS or female reservation if you are an outside-state candidate. According to the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), the candidates do not need to report to or join the allotted college in the first round of NEET counseling as there is an option of a free exit. If a seat is upgraded in the second round, the earlier allotted seat in Round one is automatically cancelled if the candidate does not attend the assigned college. You can directly apply online for the second round as soon as fresh registration for round 2 starts. In this round, if you get an upgraded seat, you can join the college allocated.
