Yes, definitely you should study Physics Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects from any recognised board. MBBS is a UG course for students who want to fulfill their dream of becoming a doctor. The basic eligibility criteria of NEET UG is given below.

Eligibility: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics Chemistry Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognised board. Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.

NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects

  1. General - 50%,
  2. OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
  3. PWD - 45% 

So 12th with PCB is must for NEET UG and if you have passed than can be eligible only.
