After the application is emailed along with the required documents, the Administration Manager of Metro Institute will verify the form for completeness. Once the reviewing is done and application is found suitable, the institute will issue a Letter of Offer, which remains valid for 30 days. Also, an invoice for initial payment of the fees is issued along with a Student Acceptance Agreement for the applicant to review. This agreement, once accepted by the student, remains a binding contract between the student and Metro Institute. It is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of NSW.

After making the necessary payments to Metro Institute, if a situation comes that you want refund then you can make the request using the Request Refund Form, which is available with Metro Institute Reception or on the official website of the institute. It has to be duly filled and signed by you and the refund will be processed as per the described circumstances. In case your visa is refused then you are entitled to 100% refund. If you are cancelling the course 28 days before the date of commencement then you will get 80% of the paid tuition fees and 50% if you are cancelling within 28 days. If you are willing to pursue one of the courses at Metro Institute in Australia, you need to pay the first tuition instalment before commencing your course. Additionally, you will need to pay the enrolment fee or application fee, if applicable. The first instalment would be of 10 weeks delivery and it has to be paid in advance. The next instalment will be payable two weeks prior to the commencement of next 10-week delivery period or the next term. There is also a provision of late fee (AUD 100/INR 5,616). Students are not allowed to commence or continue the course until the due payment is cleared.
