The Student Support Officer is responsible for the care and maintenance of student welfare under the ESOS framework. The officer must extend support to students if they are facing challenges in their domestic circumstances, within reason, and to help the student maintain course performance. These support services are provided without cost to the students. After the application is emailed along with the required documents, the Administration Manager of Metro Institute will verify the form for completeness. Once the reviewing is done and application is found suitable, the institute will issue a Letter of Offer, which remains valid for 30 days. Also, an invoice for initial payment of the fees is issued along with a Student Acceptance Agreement for the applicant to review. This agreement, once accepted by the student, remains a binding contract between the student and Metro Institute. It is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of NSW.
