Yes, the Savitiribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) releases the MH SET cut off in PDF format which comprises subject and category-wise for the candidates who have taken the MH SET exam. The candidates securing more than equal to cut off marks in their category will be considered qualified for the assistant professorship and PhD scholarship.

Eligibility to be a Lecturer:
- Educational Qualification To be eligible to be a lecturer one should hold at least a Master Degree in any of the relevant subject with at least 55% marks in it. Higher qualifications are always preferred.
- Interested candidate has to appear in MH SET exam which is held twice a year and pass it.This is the only hurdle to be cleared to be eligible to get a job as a lecturer In a college.
- After clearing MH SET exam one is eligible for applying as a lecturer in any college affiliated with any of the university recognised by UGC in Maharashtra. Clearing of MH SET does not gives guarantee of any job it is just

The candidates need to qualify for both papers that are paper 1 and paper 2 in order to be eligible to qualify for the MH SET exam. The candidates have to score a minimum of 40 per cent marks (Unreserved category) and 35 per cent of marks to qualify for the MH SET exam. However, among the candidates crossing the minimum qualifying marks, the top 6 per cent of the candidates will be made qualified for the Assistant Professor.

The candidates who qualified for the MH SET exam can apply for the PSUs (Public Sector Undertakings) such as Indian Oil Corporation limited (IOCL), Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC), Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), etc.

NCERT books can be beneficial for the aspirants in the initial days of preparation, especially for paper 1. However, it will not cover all the topics in detail. Sometimes MH SET exam covers a wide range from all topics and may the NCERT book will not cover the topics in depth. Therefore, the candidates are advised to go through the detailed books and other study materials. Additionally solving previous years' question papers are taking mock tests can also be helpful in preparing for the MH SET exam.

The candidates can check their Maharashtra State Eligibility Test (MH SET) exam centre on the MH SET admit card. However, the candidates cannot change or request to change the MH SET exam centre. The candidates are advised to choose the exam centre wisely otherwise they can get a distant exam centre which can be problematic for the candidate.
