Under MH CET Law CAP process, freeze option refers when candidates want to confirm their allotment and if they do not want to participate in the further counselling rounds. They will accept the allotted college and pay the admission fee. Such candidates will not be considered for further counselling rounds.

To get admission to the best colleges accepting MH CET Law score such as Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai, and ILS Law College, Pune, candidates must aim for a 95 above percentile. This means students should target to score above 99 overall in the exam or above. The aspirants should also note that the cut off score or rank depends on various factors including category, question paper difficulty, number of aspirants, etc. Each category has a different cut off score.

For the 3-year and 5-year LLB program, candidates should aim to acheive the score above 100 marks. However the good score is different for each category of students. To target the colleges like Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai, or ILS Law College, Pune, one should achieve a score that enhances the chances of getting a seat in best colleges. The sccores above the 80-100 range can also be considered "average," and student achieving this score has the possibility to get admission in the mid-tier colleges, particularly depending on the candidate's category and the specific college's cutoff.

As per the previous year trends, the score above 99 will be considered a good score for both 3-year and 5-year LLB programs. However, the good score depends on many factors such as targetted college, category of the candidate, reservation policy, and the overall performance of the candidate. For admission to top law colleges accepting MH Law CET score, the cut off score is declared which also depends on the number of the candidate and difficulty level of the papers.
