Yes, you can apply for B.Tech at MIT-WPU through MHT-CET only. Make sure you fulfil their basic eligibility criteria i.e. 50% marks in class 12th (PCM). As for the cut-off, MIT-WPU has its own admission procedure where you get WPU rank based on your profile. The WPU rank will decide whether you will get a seat in your desired branch. Well, you may have a moderate chance of getting CSE at MIT-WPU with your MHT-CET score. For CSE/IT, you can opt for Bharati Vidyapeeth, PCCOE and AISSMSSE. If you are considering management quota then you can also apply for PICT.

Yes you can get admission at MIT Pune (WPU) for CSE branch. However minimum eligibility for taking admission in this college is 50% marks in 12th PCM boards. So make sure you fulfill this criteria.
