No cutoff as such is defined for GMAT,you need to have attempted the exam to take MICAT.

All fulltime programs are residential. Depending upon your course the fees might differ.

Yes it is mandatory to take MICAT and clear it to get to the GDPI round.

MICA takes into consideration a lot of factors for admission. No explicit cutoff is defined as such. People with 70 percentile have been offered admission while ones with 90 have been rejected in the past.

You need to appear for CAT, GMAT or XAT to appear for MICAT. CAT scores should be 80 to 85 percentile.
