MICA is worth joining or not is something that completely depends on your interest.

There is no CAT cutoff as such. The weightage of CAT,XAT,MICAT ,GE,PI is available on the website. http://www.mica.ac.in/

There is no set level for you to be at MICA. MICAT tests various parameters including logical reasoning, verbal ability, creative writing, descriptive abilities, quantitative Knowledge etc.
You should have a general awareness and aptitude for the same.

All fulltime programs are residential. Depending upon your course the fees might differ.

MICA has a very diverse mix of students. So one cannot estimate what is the important factor. You just need to have the clear reasoning of why you have done something etc. Clear understanding of pursuing anything you have so far is enough, also why do you want to join MICA should be the most prepared for answer. You need to appear for CAT, GMAT or XAT to appear for MICAT. CAT scores should be 80 to 85 percentile.
