You can find the basic list of documents to carry for admission to Microelectronics courses given below:
• UG Mark Sheet with at least 55 to 60% marks (For PG courses)
• Provisional Mark Sheet (if the original is not issued yet)
• Class 12 Mark Sheet with 50 to 60% marks
• Exam Scorecard and Admit card
• A Valid ID Proof like PAN, Passport, Aadhar, etc.
• Reserved Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Migration and Character Certificates (if required)
• Photocopies of all original documents
• Recent Passport-Size Photos

If you want to get admission to Microelectronics course at the PG level, you need to clear relevant entrance exams like the GATE exam, which is one of the most competitive engineering exams for postgraduate courses. Further, several colleges also take their own entrance tests for MTech admissions like BITS HD conducted by BITS Pilani.

You should get excellent marks in the exam as the competition is quite high for colleges like the IITs and NITs where the cutoffs are difficult to meet. Best wishes!

You should get at least 50 to 60% marks in the PCM subjects for getting admission to integrated BTech-MTech Microelectronics courses. For an ECE, degree, you should have completed your graduation in ECE, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with at least 55 to 60% marks.

Further, you need to give relevant entrance exams like GATE, JEE Main, JEE Advanced, etc. and fill out the college application forms before the last date.
