Middlesex Universiity has only one main campus in London, located in Hendon, Northwest London. The campus is known for its Factuly of Arts and Creative Industry, and Faculty of Science and Technology. It provides popular majors like Management, Science, Psychology, Gaming, and Architecture. Other Non-London campuses (international) of the Middlesex University include:

• Dubai Campus- Opened in 2005 and provides courses like Computing and IT, Education, Business and Management, Accounting and Finance. It was the first international campus of Middlesex Uni.
