MITACSC (MIT Advanced Composite Structures Center) offers a wide range of facilities for research development and manufacturing of advanced composite materials and structures. Some of the facilities include:

It includes facilities for lay-up vacuum bagging resin infusion compression molding filament winding and autoclave curing. It also houses various types of molds and tooling for composite manufacturing.

3. Structural Testing Lab: This lab is equipped with advanced testing machines and equipment for evaluating the mechanical properties and behavior of composite structures. It includes systems for static testing fatigue testing impact testing and non-destructive testing (NDT).

4. Design and Analysis Lab: This lab is equipped with computer-aided design (CAD) software and advanced simulation tools for designing and analyzing composite structures. It includes software for computer-aided design finite element analysis and computational fluid dynamics.

5. Prototype Development Lab: This lab is dedicated to the development and fabrication of prototypes of composite structures. It includes facilities for rapid prototyping 3D printing and CNC machining.

6. Cleanroom Facilities: MITACSC also has cleanroom facilities for handling and processing sensitive composite materials. These cleanrooms are equipped with controlled environments to ensure a contamination-free space for manufacturing and research.
