Yes, you may have a good chance to get admission in MSU, Vadodara with score of 120/200 marks in NATA exam 2019. Only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch. Course.
I. Qualified through the recognised aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent) in 2019
ii. Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below:
(a) Secured 50% marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics and also, 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination.

It is very nice to see that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in IT. It's great that you already have set your sights. However, admissions to engineering colleges are based on the basis of class 12th exam and not on class 10th.
