No, JEE exam is strictly considered for the admission to B. Tech or Architectural courses. M.Sc and PhD courses are available at the college but do not take admission on the JEE basis.

The eligibility for MCA in MSU is 50% marks. And, for your under graduate course, you need a valid CMAT, GCE score.

No, it is not compulsory to have MCA after BCA for a job.
But if you do MCA, you will get high salary package in the private sector.

If you want to pursue further studies, you can go for PhD.
If not, you can go in teaching line always. You can apply for an assistant professor in college or lecture in school by clearing entrance exams. You can also try for coaching institutes.
If you interested in civil services you can go for that too.
