General Aptitude Test (GAT) is an online entrance exam conducted by JD Institute of Fashion technology Mumbai to shortlist candidates for admission to the UG and PG programmes.
GAT is conducted to assess the candidate's abilities in different formats giving maximum priority to how each task is approached. The test consists of two rounds:
- In the first round, candidates have to appear for a situation test.
- Applicants who perform well in the situation test will be shortlisted for the second round which is the personal interview round

The minimum requirement to get addmission in AIMSR Mumbai for MBA is 45-50% in graduation. And for CAT exam is around 70 percentile. The college offers a great environment for students to study . And the placement rates are also higher side . The avarage placement of students is 4 LPA to 8 LPA.

AIMSR Mumbai for MCA is good in terms of placements. The highest salary is approximately 16 LPA (or more) and the average is INR 6.2 Lacs p.a. The job was related to the manager's post mostly. Students can have bigger packages if they work hard, the college offers a great environment for students to learn and then earn.
