Yes, students can do Law without appearing for MHCET Law but they have to appear for other entrance exams like CLAT, LSAT India, etc. to be considered eligible for studying Law in Mumbai.

Yes, there is BTech in Mukesh Patel School of Technology, Mumbai. The BTech is offered as an UG degree programme that lasts for four years. In addition to the BTech course, the school also offers one intgrate course with the management programme, MBA Tech which lasts for five years. Admission to the BTech is based on the entrance exam NMIMS CET, which is conducted by the NMIMS (Deemed to be University), Mumbai Campus. The BTech programme also offers oppurtunity to study aborad in association with the Pamplin School of Business: Virginia Tech, USA.

JEE is not requried for the admission to the BSc program  at Elphinstone College, Mumbai. The basic eligibility criteria for the BSc programme is a 10+2 qualification with Mathematics as a subject. The admissions are done on the merit-based and the selection of candidates based on their performance in the qualifying examination.
