No, it would not be accepted as admissions to UG Programmes are done through MH CET or JEE Mains whereas any Masters Programme requires GATE, GPAT, GAT-B.
However, those who wish to pursue Ph.D. Programs can get admission through DBT, GATE, NET, CSIR, JRF, GPAT scores.
