Yes, you can get admission in medical colleges of Mumbai and Bangalore as well. Your score in NEET is good, but you should wait for the results declaration. On the basis of your rank, you will get a seat in any colleges. Best of luck.

Application Process for admission in Sir JJ College of Architecture for B.Arch
1. Candidates can fill the form online.
2. Candidates can visit the official website of DTE Maharashtra and register themselves as a new user.
