You can do Diploma in Culinary Arts and grow your experience with knifes, cutting of vegetables and all necessary basics and then specialise in your choice of kitchen like Indian, Italian, Pastry, Chinese, etc. Culinary is an ocean and you need to catch the right fish (cuisine) to sustain.
