In Mumbai, there is Pearl Academy and Sir JJ School Of Art which are the best college for any design course. You can also explore Amity University for an interior design course.

Congratulations on scoring 78.98 percentile in CET. With this score, I would say that it is not that good but not that bad either. You could try applying at IES MCRC, SIES, MET, Welingkar, Chetna and Dalmia. But this totally depends on your choice of specialisation. Well in some colleges, your score is just a part of your evaluation along with your GD and PI score and if you have any work experience. For other colleges, they do have cut-off criteria, so please do check in first and start preparing for your GD and PI.
All the best.

You have a very good chance of getting admission in NIFT. You can check last years' cut-off list to have a fair idea about this year's admission scenario by visiting this link https://www.shiksha.com/design/exams/nift-entrance-exam/cutoff.
