Hi,
To be honest, the scores aren't good enough for you to get into a decent college. With your work experience being not too much, you can still put in more efforts and try next year once again. By then you'd have even longer work experience and another chance at having better scores. Mechanical engineering is best suited for NITIE and IIT Mumbai. You can try for JB or even PUMBA for that matter if you want to stay in Pune.

Minimum eligibility to apply for B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from University of Mumbai, Fort Campus is a pass mark of 45% in graduation. Since you have only 40% in graduation, you are not eligible to apply for this course. However, there are many other law colleges in India where you can try your luck. Some of these colleges are mentioned at the link provided below. Navigate to a college of your choice using the filters on the web page.

If your aim is to just get a commercial pilots license, the cost could be about 30 Lacs in Indian rupees. Of course, different flight schools charge differently. If you are talking about getting a job as a pilot in an airline or such company, you might have to spend almost an equal amount to train on the particular type of aircraft that the particular company flies. Depending on the type of aircraft, and the exact place where you would undergo the training, the cost could vary between just about 10 Lacs INR to almost 50 Lacs INR.
