To become an airport manager, the process begins from supervisor level. You need to gain experience in managing teams of over 50 persons. It includes a rigorous involvement in all activities related to the operations of the airport. You can begin with any PG in aviation like airport management. There is no such specific qualification that will entitle you to become an airport manager. But yes you should be a post graduate and should hold an experience of at least 10 years in aviation industry at management levels. Nice to see that you are worried about your future. Considering your percentage you can definitely get admission. But the fact is you will not get admission in reputed college. Whereas reputed colleges have there own standard and high level percentage criteria. So, while applying for college I recommend you to go through the cut off of the particular college and apply according to that.
