Yes, for SC candidates, Nagaland University offers a seat reservation of 10 per cent while for ST candidates, it is 45 per cent.

Selection of the candidates to all the Nagaland University PG programmes is based on candidate’s merit in previous qualifying exam.

Yes, there is a special provision for candidates from Nagaland state. 25% of the total seats for all programmes are reserved for candidates having Nagaland domicile. If any seats remain vacant under the above-mentioned criteria, they are filled up by the students from Open category.

 Candidates are required to download the application form from the University website and submit it online. 

 No, selection to all the courses takes place on the basis of the application screening followed by an interview. However, the University prefers candidates who’ve cleared UGC-NET/ JRF for admission to MPhil and UGC-NET/ JRF/MPhil for admission to PhD programme.
