Nope, despite your quota, you need to attain at least 300 AIR to get admissions in NALSAR. But who knows, just pray to God and hope for the best.

Yes, it is possible. However, wait for the cutoffs. If not NALSAR you will definitely get one of the NLUs.

Admission for BA LLB (Hons) in NALSAR University of Law is done through online counselling based on the rank obtained in CLAT. The minimum eligibility to apply for this course is that a candidate should have scored a minimum of 45% in class 12th.
If you qualify the eligibility mentioned above, you can apply directly to the college with a valid CLAT score.
Regards.

CLAT is a combined law admission test, that is the entrance examination for the admission into law colleges as per your rank secured in the exam, you don't have to go through any further exam after clearing CLAT exam, choose your college as per your rank. Also, for international students, they need to get the official letter from their home country such as scholarship letters if any and need to show such documents at the time of the interview.

You went for the right decision. Just because you have dropped a year, make sure you hit it this time. Syllabus of CLAT is somewhat different for the students who are from the science background. Dropping a year and focusing completely on NLUs is a worthy decision.
