Easy. Finish 12th with Physics + Math and one more from Chem/Bio/CS/Biotech. Then give JEE Main or UPCET. Once you've got your score, hop on the counselling portal, pick Naraina as your go-to, upload your docs, and you're good to go. Just follow whatever AKTU and the state say.

Based on recent trends (Round 2 in 2024), the last closing rank for B.Tech (CSE) shifted roughly between 889,531 and 1,414,670 under the all? India quota — across all categories OF engineering. That means if your JEE Main AIR falls within this range and you meet the 10+2 eligibility criteria, you've got a decent shot. But keep in mind, they change every year based on how many people apply, seats, and all that. There's no fixed number out there, but if you've got a decent JEE score and meet the basics, you're pretty much in. Best move? Check the official site or hit up the admissions team for the latest info.

Food's decent and hostels are clean, safe, and pretty well-kept. Mess serves meals for hostelers and there's also a campus canteen if you want more options. Nothing five-star, but most students find it value for money and totally livable. While detailed reviews of food quality are limited, students generally report the facilities as good and value for money, contributing to a positive hostel experience

Yes, NCET's got a full-on placement squad. They help you prep for interviews, build soft skills, do mock GDs, and even give career + startup advice. Plus, they bring in actual industry folks for sessions and run placement drives. Basically, they've got your back from classroom to cubicle.

If you're into hands-on learning with solid placement vibes, NCET's B.E./B.Tech is a great pick. The curriculum's industry-ready, profs know their stuff, and the labs + classrooms are all modern AF. With 60–70% placement support and a campus that balances study with fun, it's a smart (and chill) move.

To get into NCET for B.Tech, you need 10+2 with Physics + Math and one optional subject (Chem/Bio/CS/Biotech). They accept JEE Main or UPSEE (UPCET) scores. Once you qualify, go through counselling and document checks. Everything follows AKTU and AICTE rules.

Hostel fees aren't clearly mentioned online, but students say it's super affordable and worth it. You get separate hostels for boys and girls, clean rooms, decent food, and a chill study vibe. For exact numbers, just check the college website or ring up the admin team.

Yup. Established in 2007, NCET is well-recognized in Kanpur and across UP. It has earned a rep for its placement consistency, strong faculty, and good infrastructure. Being a part of the larger Naraina Group only boosts its credibility. If you're aiming for a dependable engineering college in UP—NCET is usually on the radar.
